Coaching offers individuals the opportunity to discover their strengths and find out who they really are while working towards specific goals and desired outcomes. It is an opportunity to grow and learn how to better manage challenges in your daily life in order to function more efficiently in a world that was built on systems. Systems not designed to cater for outside the box thinkers like neurodivergents.

I am an Adult male with a late diagnosis of ADHD, this diagnosis was a major event in my life . Claire will bring you through a process of understanding ADHD and yourself with ADHD, through discussion, listening, minor interaction to broaden the conversations. This is such a gentle process, it enables one to see themselves from a before and after view point without judgement or criticism. I found that Claire brought me to such a great place and I am now really happy in my post diagnosis way of being in all aspects of my life. Claire will help you understand the blessing that a diagnosis really is.
