Many Adults do not receive a diagnosis until later life, and this can either a be great relief finally understanding yourself or, hard to come to terms with and with this often comes grief, sadness and anger around the many years spent struggling and not knowing who you really were.

My coaching sessions with Claire have become a highlight of the week.
