Coaching is about going on a journey of changing old patterns and limiting beliefs in order to improve current situations and create better outcomes. As you share the space with people who get it, you can learn more about your ADHD, who you are and how to love you, for who you are.
It is time to stop trying to be neurotypical!
Group coaching differs from 1:1 coaching in many ways, but it has plenty of additional benefits.

I enrolled in the ADHD Adult Group Coaching with Internal Connections. Never having done anything like this before I was both curious and nervous especially sharing such a personal journey with others. From the very start Claire made each of us (her clients) feel so welcome. Within the first few minutes of the first session, I could see that this was going to be such a safe space to be in, so validating, very respectful and most of all everyone was so kind. Honestly, there was a sense of feeling so at home being amongst other adults with ADHD.
